What do you do?
My title is Implementation Manager. I train staff and customers on the TransLution product suite. I assist clients with their onsite system needs with the TransLution products. Sometimes I do TransLution site implementations. I also do a large amount of customer support both on site and remotely.

When did you join Afrisoft?
2004-08-16

What is your favourite part of the job?
Providing customers with solutions to their daily business processes.

What is/has been your biggest challenge?
A couple of years ago we needed to implement TransLution™ for a lawn mower company to support a fairly complicated manufacturing process. It required us to use VB Scripting to process a large amount of background tasks prior to posting data to the ERP software system. Today TransLution™ has a VB Provider Utility that makes managing this kind of challenge a lot simpler.

What do you do when you aren’t working?
I ride enduro off road and do a fair amount of DIY.

“OK cool”

What is your biggest extravagance?
Gardening.

What is your philosophy on life?
Try anything twice. Don’t be scared to try.
